Upon purchase, Paraflex Audio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software plugins on any computers you own or control. You may install the plugins on multiple computers, but the license is limited to a single user.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

• Use the plugins for commercial and non-commercial music production
• Install the plugins on all computers you personally own
• Create and distribute music using sounds generated by our plugins
• Receive all future updates at no additional cost

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Share your license or download links with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugins
• Resell, rent, lease, or lend the plugins
• Remove or modify any copyright notices

4. Intellectual Property

All plugins, documentation, and materials remain the exclusive property of Paraflex Audio. This license grants you the right to use the software but does not transfer ownership.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use at your own risk.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Updates and Support

Your purchase includes lifetime updates and email support. We reserve the right to discontinue support for older operating systems and DAW versions as technology evolves.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the plugins.
