1. License Grant

Upon purchase, Paraflex Audio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on computers you own or control. The license is limited to a single user. For Ambitura, you may activate the software on up to 2 machines simultaneously.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Use the software for commercial and non-commercial projects
  • Install on multiple computers you personally own (subject to activation limits)
  • Create and distribute content produced using our software
  • Receive all future updates at no additional cost

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share your license key or download links with others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Resell, rent, lease, or lend the software
  • Remove or modify any copyright notices
  • Circumvent license verification or activation systems
  • Use the software on more machines than your license permits

4. Ambitura Specific Terms

For Ambitura users:

  • Machine Activation: Each license allows activation on up to 2 machines. You can deactivate machines through your account.
  • Internet Connection: Periodic internet connection is required for license verification. The software allows up to 7 days of offline use.
  • Subscription: Ambitura Cloud AI features require an active subscription. Local/offline features work independently.
  • Data Processing: All video analysis is performed locally on your machine. No video content is uploaded to our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and materials remain the exclusive property of Paraflex Audio. This license grants you the right to use the software but does not transfer ownership.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use at your own risk.

7. Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review all product documentation and feature lists before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you agree that no refunds will be issued. See ourRefund Policy for complete details.

8. Updates and Support

Your purchase includes lifetime updates and email support. We reserve the right to discontinue support for older operating systems and software versions as technology evolves.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.

10. Privacy

Your use of our software is also governed by ourPrivacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
