We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any Paraflex Audio plugin doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@paraflexaudio.com with:

  • Your order number or purchase email address
  • The plugin name you're requesting a refund for
  • Brief reason for the refund (optional but helpful for improving our products)

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we'll process it within 1-2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your plugin license will be deactivated. You should uninstall the plugin from your computer and stop using it. Download links in your original purchase email will be deactivated.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Requests made after the 14-day period
  • Suspected fraud or abuse of the refund policy
  • Technical issues that can be resolved through support

If you're experiencing technical issues, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. Many issues can be quickly resolved with help from our team, and we want to ensure you get the most out of your plugins.

Bundle Purchases

If you purchased a bundle of multiple plugins, refunds are processed for the entire bundle, not individual plugins within the bundle.
